is there any standard format they should be in?

YES. NO REAL MEDIA MOVIES. Avi divx mov and even mpeg4.
But no real media , or wmv ever. !

Yeauh, user gooder grammar and xceptional speeling!

Make sure you use lots of helpful pictures and don't assume someone knows what is going on because you think it is easy, try as much as possible to outline all the keystrokes and movements you do so that the turtorial is useful for all levels of users
