Applying texture nodes

Hello, everyone

So I'm getting used to create materials in node editor, and it is really great, gives a lot of freedom to think.

And I want to the same with textures. Ok I create a texture, click to use nodes, edit my texture as I want combining inputs, transformations and connect it to an output. But how can I use this node created texture as a input in my material nodes? I create the texture and can't find how to use it anyway.

I'm guessing that I have a problem here because when I go to the texture information at the properties, at the "nodes" tab it says "no output node" when I do have an output node and it is connected.

What to do?
