Release Candidate 2.67 bad link?

Could it be that the link for the Win32 RC (blender-2.67-RC-windows32.zip) in the page hosting the all new "Release Candidate 2.67" is pointing to the present official stable release of 2.66a instead?
When I open the downloaded/unzipped file it opens what looks like the 2.66a release instead. The splash screen is exactly the same. I was looking forward to try out the new Paint Sys Refactoring, but when I switch from Object Mode to Texture Paint, it all looks the same.

Am I missing something?

What is the R number below the 2.66 compared the the R number of the actual 2.66 release?

The version number on the spash screen will not change untill the actual release of 2.67.

I suspected you would say that :(
Unfortunately I'm at work and can't check that number now.
I'll get back to this in the evening. Unless someone else can verify it first.

Thank you Tehrasha :)
That's what I got too. I guess I thought the changes would be more obvious to find.
I'm looking into that now.
