I HAVE read months of the mailing lists but i still dont really know whats going on behind the scenes. Dont tell me everything is decided on the mail lists because its not.

Mailing list and IRC meetings, that's pretty much all there is.

Actually i do

But how hard would it be to save the IRC chat to a text file or stick it in a HTML file so that us that cant be in the IRC chat can see whats going on. The only IRC chats that im talking about are the ones where decisions are made about blenders development or about the foundation.

the more important irc meetings takes place during sundays at 16:00 CET, or 15:00 GMT and about 2 hours forward...

and there are people all around the globe entering, so I can't see how it is any different from where you are...
