VERSE / NGB

Post by IngieBee » Tue May 11, 2004 8:39 pm

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person interested... or else that everyone is "talking" somewhere else??? So I'm asking, can anyone take a moment to let those of us interested in the subject know, how's it going out there?

I bet Eskil is so very busy laying out the foundations of what he's to do with Verse, but if you could drop us a comment, it'd sure be appreciated. Even if it's just to say, yes we're alive ;P . I find this project to be the most exciting of all the projects now in development at BF.

Thanks guys, and let me know if there is a mailing list where I can eavesdrop on ya'all and follow a bit on what's going on, k?

Thanks again, Ingie

Eskil and Emil have been doing quite some work on the api and server.

A first 'release' was made (release 1 patchlevel 0 and later 1):

The mailing list is here:
http://www.blender.org/mailman/listinfo/verse-dev/
(the archive is for members only, apparantly, but anyone can subscribe)

Also check out the WIP official specification:

Oh, and there's a website for uni-verse too:
