2.25 = learning edition
Yeah, if you learn that one, 2.34 will undoubtedly seem a lot easier

How long experience do you have with Bryce? And do you model
mostly with primitives and modifiers?

Blender is a full fledged Modeller, more of a poly-modeller
rather than a "ready-mesh-&-Modifier" based program like 3dstudio
Max and others.

My point is....3D - is - WAY more complex to learn than any other
software that I know of. If you want to say...learn to model
complex organic shapes such as humans from scratch....or fancy
cartoon characters that looks like they're worth money....well...
it takes AGES to learn this stuff. And my experience is that Blender
is no more complex than any other software out there.

heh...if anything...actually easier and has a better workflow in
the long run. I used 3dstudio max for over 5 years and went over
to Blender when I discovered that I modelled my stuff in HALF the
time using Blender.

But don't take my word for it....Blender is for anyone
to it or dislike it. It consists of thousands of people's
suggestions on how a 3d program SHOULD's not everyone's
cup of tea....but it's in no way more complicated than other

Just my "air-wenting" :)
