MakeHuman 2.0 pre alpha ready for download

Post by jody »

Finally MH2.0 pre-alpha is available for download.

Remember, this is even less of alpha. It's pre-alpha, with only a part of new features... please read this:

http://www.dedalo-3d.com/index.php?file ... alpha.html

Download windows vers. here:

http://projects.blender.org/frs/?group_id=16

The version for unix/mac is ready, but actually there are some problems to upload archives in Gforge... we are investigating.

If you agree MH, please vote it:

http://www.dedalo-3d.com/index.php?file ... ntest.html

And, if it's possible, please feedback here or in project forum:

http://projects.blender.org/forum/?group_id=16

Thanks,

Paolo

Great stuff! I tried it out, damn easy to set up, and I'm eagerly anticipating the final version. Haven't come across any bugs as of yet.

small bugs

Post by tardyp »

I noticed small bugs, I'm quite new to blender and do not know if it is affectable to blender.

When I click to a morph setting, there is a little dialog asking me the number between -2 and 2. The mouse often fail to move directly on the dialog and the dialog automatically disapear as soon as I move the mouse.

Also in the menu which resume the modification I've applied to my model, the name of the modifs do not appear ( there is alpha instead)

I use blender on linux mandrake 10.1.

Anyway, Great Work Guys!!
I wait for the dynamic part with attention.
BTW, where can I download the old 1.8, to test the old automatic armature generation?

It is already in the bug traker, we are investigating on it, can't reproduce it on Win maybe a linux version problem.

This function is going to be replaced with a undo feature available (I hope) in the next relese.

I just registered to this org. Very interested in trying this program. But I can't download it because I can't get into the http://projects.blender.org/ page. Do I need to do something else besides just clicking the icon. When I do click the icon I get

An error occured in the logger. ERROR: could not extend relation "activity_log": No space left on device HINT: check free disk space.

Has anyone else had this anomaly? I have plenty if disc space - I'm stumped. :?
