Sorry if you missed it, but that was tongue firmly in cheek. I just barely scratching the surface of what blender can do so I'll probably not run into anything that 2.36 brings to the table. I do get excited, but not like that. :P

Blender 2.36 is here you just have to compile it yourself

blender-2.36-src.tar.gz 22-Dec-2004 22:54 6.6M

I don't know it's the right place...
links for sources in blender3d.org are for file named blender-2.36.tar.bz2 ,
so links don't work.
and australian link is for .tar.gz

Seems only reasonable to pack the source, does it not?

Only the download link was wrong, but "now" it's working.
