Licensing question

I have an Idea, and have started to make, an interactive teaching cd rom for blender, I do intend to market this, cheaply. It will be aimed at new users. I would be more than happy to send out evaluation copies to anybody from these forums. It will of course, clearly state that Blender is open source software and include details of the gpl licensing, and the addresses of blender websites.

My question is whether I can directly quote from the on-line blender documentation. Or indeed if the section (for example) on creating 'Gus' could be animated into the format I envisage.

I would appreciate your thoughts and comments.

You can see details of some other programs I have made (including free games for disabled people who use a single switch) on ...

Why not read the licence -- near the beginning of the documentation it states:
Copyright © 2002 by Stichting Blender Foundation. Permission is granted to copy, distribute and/or modify this document under the terms of the Open Content License. A copy of the license is included in the appendix.
