I can't get back to the Original Set up of Blender V2.23

Post by greatheavy » Sat Jan 11, 2003 12:27 am

Hey guys,

I reinstalled several times Blender, (I'm Using Win 98, I know, nobody's perfect), cleared the registry, and still, when I start the soft, I get back to old files (Which I renamed and moved), and therefore I would like to know what is the trick to get back to the nice clean grid upon starting.

Txs.

have you tried deleting everything from the scene and then pushing Control "U". It saves user defaults. You should then get clean screen when you start program anew. :D

there is one more and more thoughrough way of getting back to the default that NaN set

as i ruin my defaukt and had it left with 3 scenes and heaps of stuff i needed to return to the default

do a search for a file called b.blend

then delete it (wala this works as b.blend is your default file) you could rename it if you wanted to keep it

your problem has already been fixed but this may be asked by others later
