Rumours about a 2.26 release around feb 1?

Post by ton » Sat Jan 25, 2003 3:02 pm

I'm the one who starts spreading the rumours now. :-)
Might be a couple of days later, but it is essential to show the world what has been done recently.

It will be both a 'code' release, meaning with docs how to get started, and a beta-release for the users out there. The game engine issues are not ready yet (no physics) but that shouldn't spoil the fun!

More news will follow...

Errr ... you're confused. I think it was Norman Lin that
put the ODE stuff in.

Yes, but from what I know Norman has been really busy with real-life work lately.

What? No gameEngine?
A 3d package without a gameEngine is like,... a 3d suite with no raytracer :!:

Oops.
