Siggraph dvd rom

The blender foundation is considering a handout dvd-rom at the fairshow of siggraph06.
Something to create a complete media studio. Or at least to give a good start at making a short movie.
A dvd with opensource software and open content.
What would be good to add (with links please) ?

Thanks for the links people.
I've collected 600Mb of open source. Let's see if there is any money left after the stand is build.
alas, my boss is not a rich man, and I already went to Hawaii last year.
Good luck with Collada.
And I'd love to add plug and play 3d game kits to the list.

Oops, nobody mentioned SharpConstruct..
It would be useful, since it's not yet integrated into Blender.

Budget might be to tight to get it released this year.
