That would be great as an option. Not sure if the zoom should be animated though?

... MM but Zoom is already animated. use a combo of alt and control I think, it scales the screen smoothly

Hi,
I don't believe there are any public builds, I know a couple of people have built the patch but I don't think anyone has uploaded it.
Which OS do you use? If it's Windows I may be able to send you a build.

The Zoom can animate if you use the camera window, if you are in the camera window and you use shift+f then it will follow the mouse, then you can press (+) to move forward, the problem with it though is that if you want to slow down you just have to press space to stop and start over.
