The only mesh I fiddled with is the head... I'm using toon shading.

As you can see all sorts of weird stuff happens in regular smooth. And also when raytracing suddenly a face in the jaw turns black... and that is not a normals issue...
Anyone??? Any ideas??? Solutions???
