color bleeding in render-time radiosity

Post by leope » Mon Apr 05, 2004 1:52 pm

Hello, I'm new here and sorry for my poor English.
I rendered a simple scene with only one emitting white plane object and other objects with emission value = 0.
Old radiosity section (no render-time) perform color bleeding ok with all objects.
Render-time radiosity seems perform color bleeding only with emitting objects;
non emitting objects are illuminated only by white color of the emitting plane.
It is right ?

I posted the same question, in Italian, with an example at :

bye

EDIT:

I'M SORRY, I'm WRONG !!!

did you make sure to pre subdivide the meshes? the runtime radiosity does not do this automatically like the built in one.
