GE Zones

I'm not good at python but I think simple rendering zones would improve the performance greatly. Say if a player is in a rectangular volume (and certain conditions are met) it renders the polys otherwise it does not.

Blender GE as a better method "Frustum Culling".
Render zones was the previous method.
