Implementing advanced relief mapping in blender

Hi, I have just finished to implement the next paper in OpenGL/GLSL and I would
like to implement it in the Blender Game Engine.

But I find some problems, the first one is to put two Attribute params per vertex.

So I need to pass to each vertex two floats.

How can I do that?
