How to switch/fire a sensor using python?

I'm developing a network multi-player game using Blender game engine.

Specially I'd like to send a event to a remote host.

For instance, imagine that you have two network-connected computers A and B.

If I press any key in the keyboard of A, I'd like to send this event to B and execute the logic associated with the pressed key in B. do you get the point?

Most of the implementation is finished, A sends the event message to B, and B receive this message and a python script searches the keyboard sensors, but, I'd like to activate the corresponding keyboard sensors of B using Python code.

If it's possible, I wouldn't like to add additional logic, only the keyboard sensors.

Is that possible?
