rigid body animation noob ,need help .

Good day every one , i have some issues about rigid body animation .
I try to do animation by

This is a simple lesson how to make simple rig for model.I create a armatures for model . Select model and armature . press Ctrl+P chose "With automatic weight" . But behavior of my model is different from lesson .
When i chose Pose model a move/rotate armature ,my mesh don't move by whole . For example when i try move hand , some parts of hand moving with armature some are don't .(here is a screenshot http://i49.tinypic.com/fk6rtv.gif) Can it be because i use high pole model ,but in lesson there is low poly model .if so could anyone give me direction how i can animate high poly model .
