Weird deformation when rotating bones?

Hi, I've created a mesh that uses animation. I've weighted it correctly but when i rotate the bone, my mesh becomes smaller. Can someone help me please? Thank You.

Also, when i move my bone, the mesh moves at a different rate.

I've fixed it, it's just that another bones weight pain overlapped my current bone. Weight pain cannot overlap, or some weird things happen :)
