armature x-axis mirror edit

it would be nice if after pressing [w] (flip left-right names) the x-axis mirror edit routine could be run one time for the newly named bones. (of course only if x-axis mirror edit is on.)

currently you always have to move the original bones back and forth a bit to get the duplicated opposite bones snapped to the correct position.
