Joeri,

I'd be willing to convert stuff to NTSC (I can't adequately test PAL).

Cool, thanks, but (there is always a but right?) Ton mailed me that the suzanne movies are not for public release. The bf can use them for promotion, but I cannot send it around. (the difference puzzles me, since the movies are available for dl on blender.org)

I might contact you on the 10 years dvd (although I'm not sure if there will be a ntsc version of that it's for me handy to have a tester in the US. you know what? We probably need a tester for the orange dvd, can I contact you about that?)

Absolutely! I've got a full Vegas Video Production Suite (including DVD creation) here at home as well, in case I can be of other assistnace in the future.

I don't know, I thought Theora was still in alpha phase?

It is, but is already very stable :) .
And we should start pushing it, so it becomes adopted as an Open Source alternative.

So I have less questions to answer on why it isn't working.

thanks for fixing it! wow, this connector / shader editor application looks nice. :) all this verse stuff looks very promising. hopefully some of the rather experimental implementations will be more "production ready" soon.
