lol Sorry, i was in a hurry. What i saw so far is good to corect some texture map (usefull in game engine). I also like the soften-sharpen a lot.
While playing with it, i noticed that if you color with the brush, and then use the soften a the same place, a weird color appear like pink and purple and blue....
it don't always appear. Some time faster, and sometime not at all.

i don't think it is the soften tool.
the sharpen tool however is a very primitive one, and is known to create artifacts in certain circumstances. i think i'll simply remove sharpen, since i can not think of any real good use in this case.

SamAdam:
the python22.dll and the rest of the needed *.dll files are in your regular blender dir. since this executable has a different name you can copy it there.

Have started testing these today in a work environment. I don't have much feedback as of yet but a couple of suggestions. It would be nice if each brush remembered its own settings and also what about a reload texture button on the paint tool floater? Again, thanks for your work!! I hope to be able to provide more feedback soon.

yes .. own settings for a brush will be a MUST /* could be done, by someone else (new motivated coder) */
/* bm adds a URGENT sign to this topic on todo list */

hmm.. i am just starting to see what can be done /* at low cost */ in blender.

bm's todo ..

... check (prototyping) for some nice tools for UV painting ... see what could work code-wise
like drawing tool shape --> see update above --> TorQ: i hope you love it ( some flaws ... i know ... working on it )
... help out in LSCM coding
... undo in UV editor ...
....
