I agree : it is THEIR fault, but I fear that this problem will never be solved if we wait THEY change their cards & drivers.

I experienced a slowdown in performance after 15 minutes or so. Also, when in edit mode I seem to be able to select other meshes with CTRL + RMB.

(great to see that this ATI issue is moving much closer to being resolved though)

This fix is now part of the bf-blender projet. you can download a normal testing build and it will do the same

O.k. I found the files, but when I go to select a file or try to render it still takes a long time because it prints the line...
are you already working on this?
