OpenEXR/Windows Test Build

Post by mchs3d »

This is a test build for the current implementation of OpenEXR in Blender. It's not meant to be anything special, just a way to recieve feedback on the current workings of Blender's OpenEXR i/o system. I would greatly appreciate feedback on these areas:

- ERRORS
- corrupted output, input, etc.
- unexpected delays or crashes (only related to EXR)
- random things that make you go "What the heck?!"

This build shouldn't be used for anything "official" or "important", as it's not a very carefully built build, but it should serve its purpose for testing.

Nice!
The OpenEXR works well until now (saver & loader).
Thanks!
Caronte.

Ups! Sorry, my english is very poor :)

I already tested it, first saving a render and later loading a texture, and everithing work nice.

No bugs by now ;)

I would like to thank You for that build.
I saw a few bugs:

- there is no Z data in generated files (I tested it with Digital Fusion)
- pictures are flip in vertical

Are there any chance to correct those bugs?

Yes, I noticed the pictures are flipped. I'll do my best fix that. :D

great, don't forget to test a z depth with some of compositing systems such as digital fusion, shake or after effects
