I am sorry that I haven't gotten around to uploading a build lately. I've been busy working on stuff for the conference and even afterwards have been working on my short film and other personally related work. But, I am now back to the nightly builds, so without further ado, the 22 Oct 2005 build is up.

PLEASE NOTE:

I am now packaging my builds in .dmg image files. This was caused because of the compression faults from my previous builds (permission errors, etc). If this doesn't work and causes trouble, please let me know.

Unfortunately, due to SDL library path errors, I haven't been able to compile for the past several days. Things are worked out now, and new builds are being uploaded.

the latest is the Alpha 2 test build: Blender-02-Nov-2005-OSX.dmg

I got one working. I don't know if the UV stuff is broken or not because I haven't tested it.

Don't hammer it too hard. Also, it was compiled using Python 2.3 as most people don't have 2.4, I'd think.

Either I'm hallucinating or there are test builds up for Linux and windows, but not mac, of the 2.4 release candidate?

I made a build for the interested. The way the lights are drawn changed.

http://ministryofdoom.org/cloud/files/b ... 051130.zip

It was compiled on 10.3.9 with Python 2.3 and most stuff set on default. Hope someone finds it useful.

edit: Note that this is not an official release candidate build, and it could blow up your machine and violate your cat; download at your own risk.
