BF/Windows/(2006/4/10) cvs +cloth +flymode +actionbake
Posted: Mon Feb 20, 2006 4:50 pm
This is a cygwin compile of cvs after the sunday meeting commit frenzy
more bugs squashed
I also added the new cloth(zaz), fly mode(campbellbarton) and acton bake(harkyman) patches
This is a full release .zip
cygwin is notorius for large exe files so I compressed it with PECompact2 - file size went from over 11 megs to only 2.7 megs. It seems to work fine but I did very minimal testing.
get it here:

Thanks for the build.
Mix in buttons window/material - texture/mapto is not working.

I checked into it and yeah the mapto blend mode menu was fubar...
the uncompressed exe had the same bug as did 2 of my earlier builds (hey I just started even trying to compile my own builds
so I have been updating and recompiling with each new feature - about 3 times a day
I did another cvsupdate and did a clean compile and the menu is back!
new exe at above link
thanks for reporting it

I noticed for some while (new cvs builds) that the shaded 3d view mode is faulty. Returns shaded colour for each face (colour checkerboard).
On Win xp pro - Nvidia geforce fx5200 card.

The AO bug seems fixed
logic buttons not working right
Posted: Tue Feb 28, 2006 6:00 pm
It was pointed out to me that the logic buttons (F4) are not drawing properly in this build. I am checking to see if it is just my build or a blender bug...

Weird bug (Either it's a bug or I did something completely wrong.): I baked my simulation, and when I set it to view the Preview mesh, everything's fine, but when I set it to Final, the mesh is distorted and stretched all over the place. Using Windows XP.
*edit* Here's a pic:
