Lots o' patches:
- NLA Multiply mode; new NLA mode uses first strip as basis for motion of second strip (NLA n-key panel)
- NLA Matchbone; matches motion of disparate strips for smoother blending (NLA n-key panel)
- Action baking; shift-B in NLA view shows baking options; bakes object-level motion into actions, and all action strips into a single new strip
- Fix for bone quat keying to avoid the bad pose flipping that sometimes occurs
- Enhancements to PyAPI for NLA, MatchBone
