trademark of blender

it's just to have final explanation about this subject.
i've read the former post about it and look at blender.org and dont find any answer.

if you go to the site 'blender.com' you can see in the bottom of the page that Blender(r) is a registered trademark.

so what's the matter with this kind of business ?

It's only trademarked for categories like music, magazines, etc.
In 2000 the NaN company trademarked Blender as 3D tool, in categories related to that. This trademark is valid until 2008 or so... need to move it once to the Foundation.
