Bug tracker dies after I log in

I can view the bug tracker before I log in, but not afterwards anymore. I have two bugs I'd like to submit, but it's impossible now. I try to open the tracker, but all I get is an endless "loading..." in my browser(s).

The bug tracker uses https. Random guesses:

cookies disabled?
funky browser https settings?
firewall?
