Hi!
I am new in the Forum and started using Blender a couple of months ago.
I am a Biology PhD student and I am very interested in Blender 3D tools to
develop 3D insects for my research.
I am also performing morphing animations for these insects and they are supposed to represent animations of insect evolution.
To better apply these animations such that they can be accepted by the scientific community, it will be very helpful to know what kind of morphing calculations are performed by the Shape Keys feature. Does anyone know if they are published in some academic journal or even in some Blender document (sorry, I couldn't really find it)?
Thank you!
