Blender code documentation

Post by tbaldridge » Thu May 25, 2006 3:56 pm

I'm writing up a proposal for the BSoD. The documentation I am planning will be of the actual code it'self. Including what functions are included in which files, the logic behind the varius parts of the program, and a discussion of how the individual parts of Blender work. For the BSoD I am planning to cover the Data Save/Store/Load routines (the whole DNA thing could use some docs), and the GUI. Depending on how much time I have, I may also document the Render pipline. Any ideas for other parts of Blender that could use some docs?

I thought the rules explicitly said no code-documentation?

You're correct, no code doc.
