Preserve control rig while exporting from Blender to Maya

How to Preserve control rig while exporting from Blender(2.63) to Maya(2013)
I've used many formats like .dae ,.fbx and .obj But of no use
Even if the Skeletal rig is maintained it is all messed up and the Control Rig is gone.

Does anyone Know How to Fix this!!

Please Help!!
