How can I bake animation in Blender 2.66?

Post by chris.bocustudio »

I searched online but didn't find any documentation on baking animations in 2.6. I saw it for 2.4, but default hotkeys have changed. Thanks! :)

you can hit spacebar and type "Bake Action" and run it this way!

Thanks! I'll try that. Does it mess with other actions that I have for the model? I have multiple actions in that file; e.g. "idle", "walk", "run", "jump".

Bake Action creates a new Action with the sampled animation of the previously active action, so that shouldn't interfere with other actions.
