Using downloaded set

I recently downloaded a scene
[ http://www.blendswap.com/blends/view/3523 ] and I am so confused as to how I use this. I am relatively new to animation, and I am making my first fight scene... but the scene isn't big enough to use/ the only way to see it is to go into camera mode. If there is a brief explanation on how to use it, I would very much appreciate the help.
