Orange lines appear when I set object to parent a camera.

im trying to make an fps in blender however every time i use ctrl p on my camera and link it to my object, the object is engulphed by orange lines that seem to be produced by the camera

please guys i have no idea whats going on with this is there a way to maybe hide the orange lines, im a super noob and i at least need someone to verify if this is a common issue or not, at the least.

In absence of any other information, I'm going to go with a video driver problem. You might try playing with Window Draw mode in User Prefs.
