Join armature

Join armature

Hi, im new at blending and trying to use motion capture armatures. So, to that i have a armature from the body and a facial armature the diference between both is about the bones existing on them.
Here is a picture of it.
They are both at rest pose because on pose mode facial armature is moved to other position and even body armature will change.
Tried to join bones but doing that the bones will change position to something really ugly.
Already tried make the bones relative, but with that will the head will only follow a position, blocking animation from face.
If there could be something to help to fix it, would be awesome.

Good evening,
I suspect the bones will loose their transform position calculations when you join them.
