Help With Adding Reflections.

I was wondering if anybody could help me out with this. I want to add sort of a reflective material to this plastic peice from a bike so i can still see the skin but so it has reflections on it. The skin already on the bike is a material so im stumped on how to add another one that would add reflections to it. This is All in Cycles.
