I'm reading this book from Rolland Hess, "Blender Foundations", and I can't figure out how to swap windows as he indicates to do.
Let me quote the section:
"Let's say that you have 2 windows and you would simply like to swap their contents. You could change each window's type, then try to configure them from their defaults to match what had been in the other view. Holding down the Alt key while dragging the hash mark into another region and releasing the mouse button swaps the window contents. You probably won't use this all that often, but it's a nice trick [...]."
This is exactly what I'm trying to do and nothing happens.
The forums here are for Blender development. Questions and discussion about *using* Blender belong on blenderartists.org If your thread was moved here, you are probably in the wrong place.
