I'm trying to tie in the Named Layers functionality that I coded into the outliner. I'm trying to wrap my mind around the function of the LISTBASE struct.How does it work? What is it's function?

Can anyone explain? Again, not new to coding just to coding along with Blender's codebase.

Also,if anyone has used the Named Layers patch and would like to give feedback please do so.

ListBase is a double-linked list for holding any type of data. Check source/blender/blenlib/BLI_blenlib.h for the API.
