Dialog box creation

Post by Manimekalai » Thu Oct 24, 2013 8:29 am

Hi sir,
I want to create a dialog box or pop up menu which should have "Save" and "Quit" buttons for reminding me to save when i quit the blender. Kindly guide me what changes I have to do in the source code for getting this.

Thanks in advance...

Hi,
Thanks for your valuable reply. Sorry I cant get you ( User Preferences > Input > Prompt Quit ?).
Actually I want to create dialog box while I click the quit option in file menu. I need to know where I can modify the code to get the "dialog box".

Thanks...[/u]

Sorry, i mistyped. Go to File menu > User preferences, switch to Interface tab, enable "Prompt Quit" in the right column at the bottom and save settings.

You may also grep the code to find the code for the message box.

Hi sir,
Thanks for your reply. But there is no "Prombt Quit" option in the place which you had specified. Kindly give me some clear steps.

Thanks...
