WPF Export script

Post by haplo63 »

Hello,

I've been looking for a WPF export script for blender and have had no luck. I did find a lot of references to this: http://blogs.msdn.com/danlehen/archive/ ... 13012.aspx but the download link is dead. Is there anyone out there who may have downloaded this script or knows of another way to bring an blender model into Expression Blend?

Thanks,

.h

I emailed the author, no response back yet. I may have it somewhere but don't recall offhand.

If someone has it maybe it could be hosted here under scripts...

Is this not it?

XAML exporter
http://www.codeplex.com/xamlexporter/So ... SetId=4961

Linked from his site, from here...

2) http://codeplex.com/xamlexporter
3) http://www.codeplex.com/xamlexporter/So ... mmits.aspx

It looks like he's looking for people to help out - if you're going to actively test it, and find that it works great, it should be straight-forward to have it ( and any updates ) integrated with the main Blender app.

mal,

the link was broke, don't know if he fixed it already - he stated he was contacting the site admins to get it fixed and would post an update once it was.

You can get our xaml exporter from CodePlex.com:

https://www.codeplex.com/Release/Projec ... seId=10234

You can get more info from my forum post:
http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPo ... D=1&mode=1

Daniel and I are trying to keep this relevent. So, use codeplex to add comments or bug.

Hi TheRHogue,

You should submit this for inclusion in the current SVN, for next release.

Check out irc://irc.freenode.net in #blendercoders, and poke around to find out how to do that ( it might help if you can show the working exported examples on your website )

Best regards...
Mal
