Cant create a 3D Character; PLZ RESPOND!!!

Can someone give me directions to make a 3D Model? Like step by step?
1) this is a programmer forum, you better ask for support on blender artists forums
2) look at guides/help, buy a blender book, google around, watch video tutorials...
