iv been surfing the web and I came apon johnny lee.
he gave ways to make head tracking(head tracking is ware the computer keeps track of where your head/eyes are and creates a image on the screen that is from the angle your head is at, there for creating the illusion of 3d objects) and touchscreen monitors with a wiimote
I was wondering if it is at all possible to incorporate this in to blender?
you could look around your model with out evan having to touch the mouse or key board, just move your head! evan touching the model as if you where clicking on it

I am using blender 2.43 for linix

I would like to second frymonster's suggestion.

johnnylee.net has example videos, source code, and executables. All one needs is a wiimote and a bluetooth capable computer.

The code base is written in C#, so it would need to be ported, but not directly. I think the best starting point would be modifying the NDoF plugin to move Blender's camera 1:1 with the Wiimote.

Is anyone up to the challenge?
