Exporting models help!...

My brother and I are trying to develope a game to enter into the XNA Creators CLub game contest, but having trouble exporting are model.

I export the character to the DirectX format, but during the draw model stage there is no mesh count. Should there me a mesh count and am I exporting it wrong? If so, what is the correct options for exporting a character model in Blender for game development?

FBX works better for XNA from what I've heard,

Thanks! I just export it to this format, but when I compiled I get the error "Vertex is bound to bone "Foot_L", but this bone is not present in the skeleton".

Why is my bone missing?
