- better boolean function
- face select and edge select on the same easy way as selecting vertices
- a bevel function depends on selected edges

... this told me a 3dsMax user after modelling five minutes in Blender

What exactly makes a better boolean function? I'm not really sure because I'm not that familiar with it, but if you want it to be implemented you must be more specific.

There is an effort to get better boolean results. Code can be found already in the intern/csg directory, but it is still in WIP (doesn't seem to compile everywhere), and not used. Current boolean code can be found in the intern/bsp directory.
