IPO window Face lift

Post by Money_YaY! » Mon Aug 22, 2005 1:39 pm

I know it is a tried and true system to use the IPO window for
advansed animation, but could it get some face lift love'n as well ?
It is a: a flinchy window and even more flinchy to edit the tiny dots
that represent data. And sure just increaseing the vertex size in the
window helps but it is still ugly as sin and stuffy

This is from OSX Quartz Composer and is very fluid and fast.

It is clean and faster to work in sans floating widget.

Well I got a lot of hate on the mail list, so I dont expect much here either but ya never knowish worth a try

The IPO window design is 10 years old, so a redesign is not out of order.
But I never had any trouble working with the blender curves.
I have may times cursed Illustrator and Maya for their (crazy) implementation of curves modification.

Hmm, I feel almost the same as well on the illustrator but it s better than blenders. Tiny still .

The one I showed there is really nice it is fluid and easy to find and not full of eyecandy just enough to stay pro . Wish everone could try it out cause it would be a boon to the ipo window
