Interface for dynamic animation

Post by jower » Thu Jan 12, 2006 11:23 am

Hi, I'm new to blender.

I'm looking for a program that offers an interface for a dynamic animation.
dynamic animation in this case means the possibility to animate a given scene automaically by i.e. changing camera position, lighting... .

Does blender has such an interface to extern programs?

Another little question I'm interested in is what 3D-data formats are supported by blender for importing given objects to the scene. Neither I didn't find very much enlightening here in the forum nor do I have an idea what to search for. just heard about OpenInventor and CAD. Any ideas?

thanks jower

well. Everything can be coded in python... That what I call dynamic animation.

For the supposted format, just open blender and look under File --> import/export
