Can't download BSP Importer/Exporter

Yeah... the site for the BSP Importer/Exporter is down, and I was wondering if there was another site that I could get them from. I need them for making maps for a Half-Life mod called Sven Co-op. Also... is it possible to use Blender to make custom player models? Sorry if I sound noobish here, but I am sort of new to Blender.
