Where Is "CATMull Clark"

Where Is "CATMull Clark"

Well.... The Guid Tells me to use it to "SMOOTH" MY "Art". Far as I Can "SEE" Its Isn't Even In Blender... But the Guide Tells me it is....
Is there a New Way to Do this? Cuz there is NO "CATMULLCLARK"
Atleast NOT that I can see... Where it is Suspose to be Its Just Blank SPACE. sry for spellin if its bad. :D

The guide refers to a previous version of blender, the newer one has modifiers that you apply to meshes to subdevide your models.

The subsurfing feature can be found under the modifiers panel, in the edit buttons section of the GUI.
